Our founder, Princess, along with a small creative team, personally hand-picks and designs items. We also collaborate with select artists and small businesses who share our vision for thoughtful, high-quality, and joyful products.

We’re based in Ottawa, Canada, but Daesee is an online store — so we can share our finds with customers worldwide.

Yes! We ship across Canada, the U.S., and select international destinations. Shipping rates and times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Canada & U.S.: Usually 5–12 business days
International: Typically 10–21 business days. Note: Handmade or custom items may take a little longer, but trust us — they’re worth the wait!

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We want you to love what you buy from Daesee. If something isn’t right, most items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom and digital items are final sale.

Yes! You can add gift wrapping at checkout. We’ll make sure your package arrives extra cute and ready to surprise someone special.

We’re mindful of sourcing and packaging. Many of our items are made in small batches by independent artists and makers. We also use eco-friendly packing materials whenever possible.
