📦 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If there’s any delay or issue with your order, we’ll let you know right away by email.

🌍 Shipping Times & Costs
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is on its way. Shipping is free on orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat rate will apply at checkout. Express shipping options may be available depending on your location.

Canada & U.S.: Usually 5–12 business days
International: Typically 10–21 business days.  Note: Handcrafted or personalized items might take a bit more time to arrive, but they’re absolutely worth the wait!

🐾 Local Orders
We do not offer local pickup at the moment, but we’re hoping to add that soon for our Ottawa customers!

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has shipped, we rely on the carrier to deliver on time. If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, please contact us at info@daesee.com — we’ll do our best to assist.

💫 Return Eligibility

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
• Earrings and custom/personalized items are final sale for hygiene and customization reasons.

To initiate a return, email us at info@daesee.com with your order number and reason for return.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

🛍️ Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return the original and place a new order.
